Prism worked as the lead consultant for the improvement of the existing Petrol Filling Station and delivery of new roadside services including a new cafe and hotel.
The visual impact of the proposals from strategic viewpoints was a key consideration of the Council, together with the impact of the proposals on the local community. The proposals incorporate a car sharing facility, recognising the opportunities the site presents effectively located at the cross roads of two of the regions busiest roads.
