Prism were approached by Land Factor to provide planning and development advice for a relatively small land parcel in Middlesbrough which was in danger of becoming sterilised by surrounding land uses.
We advised on the suitability of the site for residential development, and working with architects BSBA Tees planned a route forward through negotiations with the Local Council and Local Residents.
