NIFCO U.K. specialise in the manufacture and supply of functional plastics parts for the automotive industry. The company has a truly international presence, supplying products to Japanese electronics companies and eight foreign automobile manufacturers, including Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Ford.
Prism Planning worked as the member of a large development team to secure the presence of the company on Teesside, through the construction of a special purposed building providing production, assembly, and storage space of 10,957 sq.m and associated office space of and 1,152 sq.m.
To avoid loosing substantial inward investment grants the work was done to extremely tight deadlines. Achieving a permission on this scale, with the complexities that this site had was a feat that no other planning consultants could have managed.
