Prism Planning was approached by Billinghurst George and Partners to undertake a Sequential Assessment for Ryedale Council who were looking to boost provision of ‘supported accommodation’ within the Borough.
The purpose of the Assessment was to identify suitable sites against criteria set by both local and national planning policies as well as the wishes of the Council and the needs of the end user. Detailed mapping and analysis went forward to provide the necessary report for the Council’s decision making processes.
