Prism Planning acted as the project teams advisors and Planning Agents for the Teesdale Community Resources project at Barnard Castle.
The lottery-funded youth project, provides a range of leisure, sporting, educational and recreational facilities aimed at 13-19 year olds.
The scheme will have a minimum excellent BREEAM rating.
The Hub has won an award!
The Hub has been awarded the 2010 RTPI’s Chair Award for exemplar planning projects thanks to the involvement of the community and sustainability credentials of the project.
