This scheme involved around 3 million square feet of commercial floor space including offices, warehousing and industrial development. Somewhat unusually we had to assemble an environmental impact assessment to support the application.
Consent was granted with a supporting S106 agreement relating to upgrading the strategic highway infrastructure.
